The best hotel I have had the pleasure of staying in, the staff are very attentive, the food is amazing, the hotel is spotless, very sleek and the executive lounge has to have one of the best views in London. the rooms are beautiful with all the little finishing touches. Hope it stays this way. I will certainly return.

Park Plaza Hotel Westminster I and my husband stop at this hotel on 5th October till the 7th 2013 we were both amazed how beautiful the hotel was and spotlessly clean I though using the executive lounge was breath taking the view of big Ben the food and the hotel how it lights up at night it was a WOW factor, peaceful relaxing the facilities of gym, pool eta we were busy so never had the time our next stay will be at ONLY at Park Plaza again. Value for money definitely was the case.

Only thing I was a little late for an appointment at Buckingham palace when checking out’ a couple held up the queue so could have more staff on in checking out.

This hotel is the most beautiful hotel in which I have ever stayed. The service was outstanding. You are within two blocks to Westminster and other tremendous sights. Probably 4 to 5 blocks from Buckingham Palace.

I stayed at this hotel twice; once in 2010 and again in 2011. I must say that in all my travel's is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Location could not be better. Service is promt. It was clean. The personel very polite and caring.
